CNC Monitoring

RYM has developed two versions of an easy to use stand-alone appliance to help you monitor your CNCs. For the entry level user, the FactoryWiz appliance will monitor up to five CNCs simultaneously, while the FactoryWiz PRO will monitor up to 512 CNCs.

Both FactoryWiz models can collect data from Fanuc FOCAS, Haas mNet, and MTConnect compliant ethernet CNCs. Additionally, legacy CNCs can be monitored over the network by adding one of our twelve signal ethernet data collection modules. And because RYM also can connect your older RS232 equipment through our DNC systems, we have the capability to collect information even from CNCs that have no ethernet interface to provide monitoring data.

RYM is commited to open systems that give the end user the most flexibility in accessing their data. Custom reports can be uploaded into the FactoryWiz from SAP's popular Crystal Reports application. Data is stored in an integrated MySQL database which can be accessed externally by installing the MySQL driver on another workstation on your network. This allows your custom applications to tie into the RYM database seamlessly. If you have your own MySQL or Microsoft SQL database server you would prefer to use, your FactoryWiz can be configured to forward your data there instead. Finally, you have the option of linking multiple FactoryWiz PRO appliances together to save data from multiple sites into one central database for the greatest reporting flexibility.
