Reports

Without reports, it really doesn't matter how much data a monitoring system collects. There will always be too much to make sense of the raw data. Reports take all of that raw data and represent it in ways that let the end user make sense of the trends and the anomolies.

You can have hundreds and hundreds of reports, but most of those tend to be little varaitions on some basic categories. Out of the box you will find reports that:

• Analyze production for a particular part

• Analyze production for a particular CNC

• Compare production over time periods

• Analyze "events" which could be alarms or other things you have defined the system to record

• Analyze of failure (such as scrapped parts)

• Analyze wasted resources (such as idle machines)

• View and print the upcoming preventative maintenance schedule

• View a history of previously completed preventative maintenance

Of course, no matter how many reports we make it may still be necessary to customize a report of your own. Luckily all of the reporting infrastructure in the RYM FactoryWiz is interoperable with SAP's industry leading Crystal Reports 2008 , so you can design and integrate your own reports. All you have to do is upload your finished RPT file to the FactoryWiz. That's it! If you want you can write a description and upload a JPG thumbnail also - but that is totally up to you. We like to keep it simple.
