PC-DNC Editor is our easiest to use communications package. Because our DNC software is customized for CNC communication, it is easier to use, easier to set up, and more reliable than generic packages such as HyperTerminal or ProCom - which are not designed with your CNC in mind. Even though we call this "Basic DNC" don't be fooled - PC-DNC Editor can still communicate with our ethernet based DNC hubs  or wireless units . That is something most communication systems bundled with a CAM package just won't do reliably.

In addition, this product includes a true G-code editor which is both powerful in functionality and easy to use. In fact, many of our customers like the ease-of-use of our Editor so much, they use it to replace or compliment the generic editors which come with their CAD/CAM systems.

We're very proud of our PC-DNC Editor for Windows. It contains perhaps the most sophisticated file compare algorithm of any available G-code editor. We don't just detect altered lines of code... we detect inserted, deleted, and altered lines, and also detect the inserted, deleted, and altered characters within each altered line. Our new File/Convert function lets you perform programmable "mass edits", so you can quickly convert files from one type of CNC to another.
